Wholesale Guidelines

  1. We encourage all Southern Grace (Grace + Emma) product to be retailed at least 2.25x cost
  2. Third party selling (ie; Amazon, Ebay, Poshmark, wholesale platforms etc…) is prohibited
  3. Pre-selling is prohibited

Requirements

  1. Accessories have a minimum of 3 units per style per colorway
  2. Reorder minimum is $150 of any category, style, or size.
  3. Payment via CC, ACH, Check or Sezzle if ordering through the website.

Exchanges and Returns

  • In-season returns or exchanges are allowed with written approval from a Southern Grace employee.
  • Seasonal items are not eligible for return within 2 weeks prior to the holiday date (ie; Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, 4th of July) or after the holiday date has passed.
  • All returns/exchanges MUST be accompanied by a Southern Grace issued Return Authorization. 
  • Any returns received without a corresponding RA will not be processed.
  • Southern Grace does not provide shipping labels/call tags/reimbursements for accommodation returns (ie; a return not due to SG shipping error or damage).
  • Accommodation returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  • In the event product from an accommodation return is received in a condition that does not allow the item to be re-sold, you will be responsible for the full cost of the item(s).
  • Closeout or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accommodation returns/exchanges are not eligible for refunds. In the event that a replacement or even exchange can not be made, a credit for the balance will be added to your account for use on a future purchase.

Damages

  • Orders received with damaged products must be submitted in writing to Southern Grace within 7 days of receipt.
  • SG will offer a replacement if available or credit for approved damages.
  • To submit a damage claim, please email your Account Manager with an item description (style #, size, and quantity) of each damaged item as well as a photo of the damages.
  • If you are returning a damaged product it must be accompanied by a Southern Grace issued Return Authorization. Orders received without a corresponding RA will not be processed.
  • Southern Grace will provide a shipping label in the event that we request the damaged items be returned.
  • A Southern Grace credit or refund back to the original method of purchase will be issued if a replacement can not be offered.
  • Items that have been sold to and/or worn by the retailer’s customer are NOT eligible for return or exchange by Southern Grace. It is up to the discretion of the retailer if they would like to accommodate a return or replacement.

Territory Protection

  • Due to the amount of products offered and number of sales channels, Southern Grace is not able to guarantee zip code or territory protection.
  • In the event that a yearly spend of an independent retailer exceeds $100,000/ location, Southern Grace will review the possibility of territory protection as it relates to other independent retailers.
  • To be considered for territory protection, in addition to order volume, the retailer must also carry all categories of Southern Grace product offerings.
